"Having KC as a trainer has done wonders for my physical and mental health! It took a long time to find the courage to go to the gym at all, let alone sign up with a trainer. But KC has made everything so easy and comfortable! From our first consult to every session since he's always had a very kind and gentle way about him that will make you feel confident wherever you are in your health journey. He will push you to give your all with each session and always checks in to make sure you feel good before bumping things up a level. He's helped me build foundational skills that I can use now to feel confident when I'm in the gym doing solo workouts. He will help you with accountability but in a way that isn't judgemental or guilt inducing, but makes you want to keep at it even when things are hard. Also, as a woman, having a male trainer was an extra layer of anxiety at first but truly I could not recommend him enough. He's well versed in workouts that help a woman's body, has never made me feel uncomfortable and always asks before any physical touch/guiding through movements, and doesn't make me feel silly for struggling to lift at a small weight level! He is an awesome trainer!"

Fitness and competitions have always been exciting and challenging but I’ve learned to love the process, stay consistent and push myself through hard work to overcome any obstacle. I’m driven by seeing real results, not just for myself but especially for my clients, friends and family.

There’s nothing more rewarding than watching people excel, build confidence and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach with the proper guidance.

Competitively, I am a former 170lbs kickboxing champion and a former regional level Crossfit competitor. These experiences taught me disipline, resilience, accountability and how to perform under presure. Today, i bring those lessons into my coaching and training, helping others overcome obstacles, build confidence and to build a purpose to achieve actual results.
